Edenvale school’s drama talent rewarded

An Interhouse One Act Plays Festival was held by Holy Rosary High School.

This year, the school’s Rosary House won the title of Best Play, for “Sunday Costs Five Pesos” by Josephina Niggli.

The play is a comedy of Mexican village life where a young girl, through jealousy, breaks off with her fiancé, then repentant, tries to win him back with the aid of well-meaning friends who only manage to involve her in further difficulties.
