Rotary drives greater support for charity

Dedicated golf players from the Rotary Club of Bedfordview, Rotarians Fabio Janowski Da Cruz, Zakhe Makhaye, resident Alan Rock, and Jackie Bebbington.

The Rotary Club of Bedfordview held its annual charity golf day on May 10 at the Royal Johannesburg and Kensington Golf Club.

The major beneficiary from the event is the South African Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind (SAGDA).

SAGDA head of marketing Juliette Powell gave a video presentation to the guests, sponsors, friends, golfers and Rotarians.

Rotary president Alan Rock and master of ceremonies Rotarian Ken Bromfield thanked everyone who attended the golf day.
