Support SAWGS this July

Former servicemen gathered in 2015 to honour their fallen heroes at the Dickie Fritz Memorable Order of Tin Hats (Moths) fête and parade.

Community members are invited to attend a fundraiser for veterans in need and the South African War Graves Society (SAWGS).

The fundraiser will be held at the Dickie Fritz Memorable Order of Tin Hats Complex and Shellhole on July 21.

Community members can look forward to stalls selling books, antiques and memorabilia.

Vintage vehicles, models, military equipment and much more will be on display.

Lt Col Wynand Toit will be the event’s guest speaker and he will also sign his books.

The fundraiser will be held at 115 Dickie Fritz Avenue, Dowerglen, Edenvale.

It will start at 9am and end late.
