19-14 victory for Edenvale’s ruby boys

Edenvale High School's u-15 rugby boys playing against Hoërskool Ferdinand Postma in the finals of the Virsekerbeker rugby competition on August 18. Edenvale won the game 19-14 and made school history.

Edenvale High School’s u-15 rugby boys made school history when the team won the Virsekerbeker title.

The team claimed victory on August 18 when they played against Hoërskool Ferdinand Postma in the finals.

The victory was hard won by Edenvale who were down 0-14 at the end of the first half.

At the end of the game Edenvale had fought back to a final score of 19-14.

EHS learner Luke Voudouris received the man of the match award.
