The championship attracted bowlers from all over Gauteng.
The championships took place at Wahoo at St Peter’s College
Three of the school’s four teams won their matches when two schools recently went head to head.

The first tournament was the Growthpoint Super 8 GC, where she finished 21st in the Woman’s Open Category and in first place with her partner in the Mixed Open Category.
AmaWheelaBoys did not give the SuperSport All-Star team a chance.
The Eastern Gauteng team won the friendly match 2-1.
The team was coached by South African national player Lance Louw, assisted by Pete de Lange, the former Wanderers 1st team coach.
The academy’s top age group scorers were Ashley Corns, Clayton Malaza, Kyle Mckenzie and Bernelee Doster.
Vanessa Ferreira from Bedfordview Country Club (BCC) Bowls Section was the runner-up.
JOBURG – The team’s success came as a result of hard work. They were doing four training sessions a week from August last year, and one session a week with Ryan Milella. It’s been a long road, but worth it in the end,
